Rummy Jalsa Website and Mobile Application Refund and Cancellation Policy Once a transaction is confirmed, it is final and non-cancellable. However, Rummy Jalsa may, at its discretion, allow a refund under the following conditions:
The Member submits a written cancellation request from their registered email address.
For contests with entry fees, cancellation requests must be received at least 2 business days before the contest starts.

This Refund and Cancellation Policy (“Policy”) forms part of the agreement between ZOVING BUSINESS SOFTWARE SOLUTIONS PVT LTD referred to as "Rummy Jalsa," "we," "us," or "our") and you, the user ("you," "your," "Member").


Rummy Jalsa is not liable for refunds once a transaction is processed. However, in certain cases, we may issue a refund, deducting any applicable cancellation charges and taxes. Cancellation requests will be processed within 15 business days.


If a contest fixture is cancelled or abandoned without an official result, all League entries will be void, and entry fees will be refunded to the respective Members. If funds are charged to your card or bank account but not credited to your Rummy Jalsa Account, you must contact us by email at zovingbusiness@gmail.com from your registered email. Refunds will be processed within 7 business days.


In the case of funds charged but not reflected in your account within 24 hours, please provide the following details in your email: Mobile number
Transaction value
Transaction date
Transaction ID

Refunds will be credited to your Rummy Jalsa Account.
